In 2010 Joe became a Market Manager in Los Angeles.  Prior to Chase, Joe held Senior Sales Positions with gomembers and Paychex. Joe holds a B.A. Degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University.

State Controller Betty T. Yee was elected in November 2014, following two terms of service on the Board of Equalization. As Controller, she continues to serve the Board as its fifth voting member. Ms. Yee has over 30 years of experience in public service, specializing in state and local finance and tax policy. Ms. Yee currently serves on the board of directors for the Cal Alumni Association at the University of California, Berkeley, and the Equality California Institute. She is a cofounder of the Asian Pacific Youth Leadership Project, which exposes California high school youth to the public service, public policy, and political arenas.

A native of San Francisco, Ms. Yee received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and her master’s degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Rami J. Zreikat Founder of xTerraLink, a company focused on Safeguarding Information Assets. Prior to founding his Technology and Services company, Rami spent the last 25 years as an IT professional developing enterprise mainframe applications, then moving into Client Server technology to deliver complex medium and small business solutions. Rami spent several years with EDS (now part of HP), Deloitte Consulting, and Intel where he led various teams to deliver technology services and solutions for the Public (e.g.: The State of California’s Welfare Case Data Systems), and Private Sectors (e.g.: Kaiser Permanente). Rami is certified in Project Management, Systems Audits, Security and Consulting, and is active in teaching ISACA pre-certification courses with the local ISACA chapter in Sacramento.
